For the flavor of Emilia-Romagna across the avenue from (the former) CBGB, this modest sibling to Celeste and Teodora has proved reliable. Tonight, if I weren't off to the movies, I would have squeezed in my favorite appetizer, fegatini con aceto balsamico ($7.50), chicken livers deglazed with balsamic vinegar. Instead, I simply "made do" with the many-layered meat lasagna ($11.50) with bechamel sauce.
