Although cooked foods and baked goods are also on offer, it's a famous local specialty that's literally made Huang He Ze's name.
Though the sugared soup of boiled peanuts (Y1.5) is served very hot, it's surprisingly refreshing even on a blistering day. Some folks have an egg stirred in, too, but I wasn't trying to make a meal of it.
