Clam dip (8 fl. oz.; $5), under the Off Shore Seafood brand, sported plentiful tidbits of chopped shellfish, but the overall texture was a little firm; might be better with more sour cream, less cream cheese. Another time, the clam chili (frozen; $3.50 per pint) turned out soupy and tomatoey when reheated, though it was certainly full of clams strips.
