Cookshop

An invigorating prelude to gallery-hopping: the Cookshop scramble ($12) of three eggs, smoked salmon, dill, crème fraiche, and caramelized onions, not quite sandwiched within a buttermilk biscuit. Doesn't seem so artfully assembled, until your first mouthful. Very hearty eaters might add a side of white cheddar grits ($5).
