Słodycze Wedel

I'm exceedingly fond of wafer cookies. They may not be the epitome of the candymaker's art, and the coconut may traditionally have been a stranger to Polish climes, but hazelnut seemed a safe bet. Sadly, the Prince Polo brand (40 g.; 69 cents each) gave a less-than-noble effort, but Słodycze Wedel offers many more sweets I have yet to sample.

Note: As the comment below explains, the second letter of the shop's name is not a "T"; it's an "L with stroke," pronounced like a "W." Don't ask me to pronounce the whole thing.

It is not "Stodycze." The second letter is not a "t" but an "l" with a bar through it, currently pronounced just like "w" in English. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C5%81
