Fette Sau

Our table had mixed feelings about the "fat pig." Both the Berkshire Boston "butt shoulder" ($15 per pound) and pork spareribs ($22 per rack) were on the dry side, but we agreed that the Marlo & Sons pork sausage ($1.75 per link) was exemplary. German potato salad (large; $4) was undercooked and undervinegared; broccoli salad (large; $7) lacked flavor. Loved the burnt end baked beans, though (large; $8).
