Peking Duck House

I don't believe I've ever set foot inside Peking Duck House, but I make it my first stop whenever I attend the semi-annual Taste of Chinatown festivals; the line can be nearly 100 long when things kick off at noon. Here the thin-sliced skin-and-meat is wrapped in a pancake, with scallion and cucumber; elsewhere in Chinatown you may find it sandwiched within the steamed buns called mantou. Order Peking duck at a sit-down affair, and the "leftovers" may be the most memorable part of your meal.
