Paleteria la Michoacana brand "rice pudding" ice cream ($1.50) had a grainy mouthfeel that may owe as much to the stabilizers as to the rice. Didn't inspect the ingredients list for the other flavors — vanilla, coconut, pineapple, grosella (currant), and nance ("yellow cherry") — but the texture would be smoother, I imagine.
