They don't seem to use an undue amount of sugar.

In fact, Coma Pan serves only a few sweets, and not many more savories. Nothing jumped out from the monotone array of baked goods until the other two customers, chatting away over coffee, called for a couple more of these ring-shaped cheesebreads ($1 each). They're unexceptional, but if I hadn't hit the street, I probably would've asked for another one myself.
