Here's a brand name that comes right to the point.

Unlike Turkish coffee, however, Cola Turka (330 ml.; $1) didn't give me much of a jolt, and the flavor was forgettable.

On a lead from a regular customer at Güllüoglu, I'd come to Efe in search of boza, a Turkish hot drink prepared with chickpeas, cinnamon, and sugar. They do sell boza mix, but only in the winter, a staffer was disappointed to tell me.
