This is Quattro's "hot" version, as you might guess from the tiny red and green flecks, though kielbasa is never terribly spicy — which suits this sausage's delicate flavor very well, thank you. (Pork kielbasa, this isn't.) At $10 per pound, a 15-inch link as big around as a 50-cent piece runs about $6. It's springy enough that you don't need a knife; carry it, and share it, like a giant urban snack stick.
