Apart from a few sandwiches served on croissants, this Korean street cart's menu is strictly by the book. There's bulgogi and kimchi, galbi and bibimbop, as well as japchae (the box lunch below; $6), a stir-fry of vegetables, sliced beef, and sweet potato noodles that seemed far too soft (though since I'd never tried them, I had no grounds for comparison). As for another handy order of meat piled on meat, I'll await next autumn's Chusok festival.
