Be sure you ask for dark meat, with the skin on.
The staff at this friendly, trim, often bustling Dominican luncheonette are happy to accommodate custom orders, in English or Spanish. After being warmed up and flattened out in the sandwich press, my chicken hero ($6) was dressed with lettuce and tomato; at least one veteran chowhound insists on mayo, too, but I prefer their vinaigrette, applied with a squeeze bottle.
