Faicco's stromboli ($7.99 per pound, or one good-sized handful) will weigh heavy on you, in all the best ways. Provolone and the customary Italian deli meats are packed in tight, though I'd bet they could squeeze in a few more hot peppers. The stromboli with broccoli rabe and housemade sweet sausage is mighty fine, too.
If you really need just a nibble, try the prosciutto balls (in biteaway view; $1 each). The deep-fried golden brown shells are flecked with parsley; the cheesy, almost creamy insides are larded with bits of cured ham.

Don't forget about their exemplary Italian hero, it's worthy of praise. Amazingly fresh and delicious ingredients wedged inside an ordinary yet airy and chewy hero.
