Egg

Eggs Rothko: OK, I see how they got the name, or, more likely, how someone's artistic schooling inspired this collage of cheddar on easy-cooked egg on brioche, with broccoli and broiled tomatoes ($7.50). Even two thin squares of High Hope Farms scrapple ($3) didn't disturb the color scheme. Good ingredients, well assembled, but somehow passionless.
