Sal's Pizzeria

This lippy square of thin-crust Sicilian (on the counter but off the menu; $3.50) was nicely adorned with spinach, tomato sauce, basil, and fresh mozzarella. I'd only wish it were crisper, but as you can see below, the oven runs a tad cool.

I always pass this place, (or used to at least) and never entered. It looks pretty good. I guess everyone goes to Carmine's or Tony's up the street. But I think now I have to try it.
