My favorite snack for under a dollar

More like 50 or 75 cents, and healthy, too: This Macintosh is taking the salt air behind the Fairway in Red Hook (though only one of us returned from the promenade). Visit a modest Greenmarket and you might be able to choose from a score of apple cultivars; my current favorite is the Mutsu.

Twist my arm and I'll admit to a love of less healthy snacks, too. I'm particularly fond of the rice ball, flaked with coconut and stuffed with crushed peanuts, at Sunkiss Market, though like so many cheap eats in the city, it may have scooted just north of a dollar since my last visit.

Yeahhhhhh, finally nice to see some healthy options!

Hey Dave. I met you at the Bahamas "festival" a while back. I wish I would have checked out your site sooner. The Lebanese food festival would have been something I needed. I will have to keep up with your site for future events.
Cheers!
