The fifth on the list (click the photo for a better look) is the one I'm still waiting to try.
But with no time to linger over pickle soup (available weekdays only), I made room in my backpack for half a kielbasa wiejska (kyew-Bah-sah vee-Ay-skah; $4.50 per pound). This Polish sausage is flavored with marjoram and garlic; in the photo below, the crook at upper right shows where it rested on a pole (with a small "P") while it was preserved by hot-smoking.
