"Goat, chicken, fish" were the three lunchtime entrees on my recent visit to this tiny eatery, where the maneuvers required to reach your seat are ultimately rewarded with belly-filling Haitian chow. Preceded by a green salad, a plate of stewed goat ($12) was filled out by a boiled potato and garnished with onion (and, if you choose, the traditional Haitian spicy slaw, not shown here). The legume-studded rice is cooked in chicken stock; it's very moist as is, but extra goat gravy is available for the asking.
