On reflection, though, dinner was much more monochromatic, with the exception of two hot sauces that accompanied the deep-fried chicken skin, livers, and gizzards from Muhibbah Ayam Goreng (a less problematic name than M_Tucky Fried Chicken). Also shown: the namesake noodles from Cantonment Road Famous Char Koay Teow; and muar chee, warm glutinous rice liberally coated with crushed peanut.
