Sounds more inviting that "goi, goi, goi," though each word simply refers to a sweet-sour Vietnamese salad, typically featuring green papaya and, often, meat. The standard version at Long Vi On, shown below, includes ruddy snippets of beef jerky and fat slices of beef liver; upgrades (not shown) include cuttlefish and sparrow.
