Apparently not a watering hole for thirsty architects.
Certainly not today: It's branded with the red NOFD placard that signals a vacant structure, and a look through the door reveals a water-ravaged interior. But before the arrival of Hurricane Katrina, Blue Print Lounge played host to gatherings of Mardi Gras Indians, whose history is touched on by Ned Sublette in
