Certainly not today: It's branded with the red NOFD placard that signals a vacant structure, and a look through the door reveals a water-ravaged interior. But before the arrival of Hurricane Katrina, Blue Print Lounge played host to gatherings of Mardi Gras Indians, whose history is touched on by Ned Sublette in The World That Made New Orleans (on the Amazon page, "search inside this book" for the word "blueprint").
