Not Barack Obama — Mohammed Rahman, the Kwik Meal magnate who took the reins at this pizzeria with thoughts of bringing his lamb-and-rice platters uptown. If and until they arrive, the menu remains focused on red-sauce Italian and workmanlike pizza (plain slice; $2.25).
