The express menu at just-opened seafood specialist Questan's (KYOO-stanz) is quite the lineup: scallops, shrimp, and several choices of fish, grilled, broiled, or fried; lobster tails, baked clams, and mussels marinara; chicken for the landlubbers. The dinner menu is surpassingly lengthy (that will need to be one very efficient small kitchen), while Sunday brunch brings forth four variations of eggs benedict, three with seafood, a lobster salad sandwich, and jumbo lump crabcakes.
