Brucha Caterer

(Brucha is still a going concern, but lately, the truck hasn't been seen 'round these parts.) They come from B&H.

Or did, in warmer weather; this Rockland County-based kosher truck has apparently concluded its regular visits to Manhattan for this (Gregorian) calendar year. Below, from summer: a crisp half-shnitzel (chicken, natch) and cream of squash soup (lunch special; $5).
