I do. Though I failed to score my intended specialty item at this spacious Korean market, this tin of silkworm pupae (130 g.; $1.29) presented itself for a photo op. Gift for a friend, perhaps.
Previously: From the ingredients of the oblong item below ($1.50) — flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, butter, and eggs — I expected dessert on a stick. From its shape, I should have identified the one ingredient that the wrapper listed much less clearly: a hot dog. It wasn't my only puzzling experience with a Korean "dessert." Jinga brand assorted rice cakes (6 oz.; $2.99) also contained black beans and adzuki (red) beans, but their generally salty flavors ranged narrowly within that brown palette. The round ones were a little sweet.
