The expansive flattop of the "baker's muffin" (in breakaway view; $3) is crisp like a rusk, and I might have enjoyed it more with some coffee for dunking; the inside is packed with springy pieces of dough. Encrusted, sparingly, with walnuts and raisins, and flavored with apple throughout.
Also shown below: from summer, the bakery's short-lived cart on the High Line (to the right of the walkway), which sold squares of crisp "green pizza" ($4) with leeks, scallions, and a little mint; and an even more ephemeral birdbath.
