The stew chicken is very, very moist.
A small yet heaping portion from this Jamaican cart ($5.50) was decidedly sweet, too, but it's those juices — above, pooling amid candied yams and soaking into rice and peas — that will stick with you. I mean that in a figurative (and complimentary) way, though it can be literally true as well: At bottom, note the decorative waterfall also serving as an ad hoc hand-washing station.
