The sloppy brown steam table looks like a miss; I can't speak for anything that might emerge, to order, from the kitchen.
But across the board at this Chinese eatery (with a Japanese-sounding name), prices are low, even for this down-at-the-heels district. Mingling with the traditional Cantonese breads was an eggy braided raisin bun, which was doubled over, and so twice as long as it appears, for all of 80 cents. Also shown, in biteaway view: a spring onion roll (80 cents).
