Peeling back the foil of a carnitas burrito ($9, with guacamole) will never be as thrilling for me as for a homesick San Franciscan. But the two founders of Dos Toros, who grew up on these babies in the Bay Area, have ably transplanted the classic Mission burrito — not only the ingredients but also the attentive yet easygoing approach to assembly. Focus on your burrito and on the iPod soundtrack, and you can almost tune out the Fourth Ave. traffic.
