I queued up at a quieter, midafternoon hour when similar carts on Roosevelt Ave. had few customers, or none. At the fore, my cecina taco had plenty of flavor; the barbacoa behind it, not so much. (To be fair, I should have reached for the barbacoa first, before chomping on salted dried beef.) Both tacos ($2 each) were lightly garnished and very well-loaded. Worth further investigation, crowds permitting.
