As at Bay House Bistro, they suggest the availability of eight colorful national cuisines, but most selections at the small steam table were a near-uniform dark brown, and I let them be. The photocopied menu does promise the Guyanese specialty pachounie, and, as it happens, the flag of Guyana is first on the awning, followed by the banners of Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, and Barbados.
Those four are common at the annual West Indian American Day Parade, where flag-spotting and chow-spotting go hand in hand. The second four, shown in closeup below, are less familiar; I identified two of them only after online research. Can you do better? (Click on the photo for a closer look. Actually that's Anguilla with the three dolphins, then Aruba, but, yes, those are them.
