One menu for this bygone establishment proudly offered Jersey ham, Long Island poultry, and broiled shad roe (in season). Venison as well, both as a steak and in a ragout, though today it would be difficult to verify if the deer were locally hunted: The menu dates from 1947. Can you name this restaurant?
