Dave, the picture with the Fulton, was that a Child's? The building sure looks like it.

Unlike many known locations of that seafood-restaurant chain, such as this former Rite Aid, maritime iconography is absent. I don't think the Fulton building was once home to a Childs, but I don't have further evidence either way.
