This tented enterprise offers a choice of three whiting sandwiches, as well as fish-and-chip and shrimp-and-chip combos. The Nguyener (roughly, "winner"; $8) was dressed with a not-very-Vietnamese "cole slaw and herb salad." But, boy, there's plenty of fried-just-right fish — more than enough to share, if only you can figure out how to divvy it up.
