This is interesting. I worked for the "Red Parrot" which was a night club in Manhattan in the '80s. I sought information about several other "Red Parrots" but my search never disclosed the existence of this place. I wonder when it closed...

I believe it closed about five years ago; it's now a lounge-restaurant called Dolce.
May I ask: When did you work at the Red Parrot, and in what capacity?
