At a glance, you might almost mistake it for a flat cupcake.
You know better, of course. Though I admit to a weakness for the fondant-draped "hardshell" style, Leske's celebrated black-and-white cookie (also shown below, $2.05) was an unexpectedly gooey pleasure on a fat, spongy base.
