This now-and-again neighbor of Miss Linda's Kitchen has a very informal setup. The colander suggests that these sweet potato fritters (three for $2), filled with red bean paste, were carried out to the street after being deep-fried nearby — not long before, judging by their oily warmth. The hit of the afternoon, said my fellow food crawlers.
