I'm all for fiscal prudence, but the 6 percent rate of return employed in the "Feed the Pig" ad campaign is overly optimistic. The campaign also doesn't speak to dollars spent on ingredients or the opportunity cost of time spent preparing meals. The best of this sampler ($10), which included naan and a lettuce-and-onion salad as well as spinach with potato, rice, and tandoori chicken, was the chicken keema with potato and red pepper (I didn't catch the exact name) at upper left.
