This might be Tibor, or one of his buddies, about to plate my grilled kielbazsa (with bread and sauerkraut; $6), which I whittled down to size before assembling a juicy makeshift sandwich. Though apparently unconnected to any restaurant, Tibor and friends kept a professional operation cooking throughout the festival; they also did a volume business in beverages on tap.
