Chili and cumin dusted calamari ($16) — as a starter to Christmas Eve dinner — was substantial enough to share, or to be a meal in itself for smaller appetites. Lightly fried and very tender, tossed with field greens, a little avocado, red onions, and tomatoes in a miso-ginger vinaigrette.
