Familiar dim sum fare enlivened with occasional quirks (Pringles as a garnish?); generally greasy. One dish that stuck out for me, but only as a novelty, was duck tongue. I don't mind working around the cartilage that runs down the center of each tidbit, but they had little flavor of their own, duck or otherwise.
