Spectacular set lunch (HK475 per person) featuring this opening platter of suckling pig, roast goose, and honey-glazed pork, followed by bird's nest soup, steamed garoupa (the common local spelling), steamed chicken with Yunnan ham, spicy beef filet, and an a la carte addition that combined sweet potato, razor clam meat, and minced pork (HK 200).
