(This venue is closed.) Often 86'ed by early evening, the burnt end dinner is a crispy, juicy jumble of twice-cooked pork brisket.
Here, the dinner (with two sides; $19.95) is flanked by vinegar-based collard-mustard-spinach greens with pork, and BBQ-sweet baked beans. The St. Louis-style ribs and the pulled pork also have good reputations; on my only previous visit, they were already sold out.
