The flavors in this goi sua tom thit (jellyfish, shrimp, and pork salad; $7) were muted; ech chien bo (frog legs deep-fried with salt and pepper; six for $9) were a tad overfried. Best was the bun nem nuong (shown), barbecued pork paste on rice vermicelli, with nuoc cham hiding behind — at $5, also the best value. Works as a light lunch, here or in Hanoi.
