With a name like Craft, you'd better be sure your dishes are conceived and presented with great care.
One of the less formal members of this restaurant family, Craftbar does its name proud, though large appetites may long for more. A sampler (shown top to bottom): baked eggs with short ribs and fingerling potatoes, dusted with Ibarra chocolate ($12); sausage-stuffed fried sage leaves ($8) with lemon aioli; two eggs (here, poached) with fingerling potatoes, cippolini onions, toast (not shown), and bacon ($12); cheesecake panna cotta with blackberries and caramel crispies ($9); and an almond semifreddo with raspberries and peach slices in an apricot coulis ($9).
