(This venue is closed.) A loosely affiliated food court is long gone, and the Mayflower Bakery and Café has blossomed into a sunflower. Cold drinks such as tapioca coconut milk with fruit ($2.50) are still available, though strangely, the many flavors no longer include strawberry. But the budget-minded menu has expanded considerably to feature over-the-counter dim sum, roasted meats, a lengthy lineup of "Northern style snacks," and three dozen rice plates under five bucks.
