Malee (or Maly) moved several years ago to its current location; although the outdoor seating area overlooks a pond, insects were not a bother on the evening I visited. (At the time, and perhaps still, the restaurant was open only for dinner.)
This do-it-yourself "fish BBQ served with fresh vegetables" (30,000 kip) was prepared on a domed grill; surrounding it, a narrow moat functioned like a hotpot to cook chicken and quail eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, and a variety of greens. Daikon (or something like it) and fried eggplant were served on the side, along with chili, garlic, and a lime-flavored sweet dipping paste. With a Pepsi to wash it all down, I emptied the serving platter and walked away quite full, but by the smiles of the waitresses, I gathered this might normally be intended as a BBQ for two.
