Like that Central Asian wild plum sauce, this pomegranate ketchup ($3.69), from Azerbaijan, is thin and sour, and a better companion to a kebab than a hamburger or hot dog.
Seventh Continent is a large Russian supermarket chain, so the painted Georgian flag outside the building may date from an earlier tenant. (Not that I read, let alone speak, Russian; there's a transliterated (and thus less exotic, less photogenic) version of that flag mural farther down the wall.) Even so, the well-stocked shelves offered a number of packaged items from Georgia and neighboring Azerbaijan that quickly caught my eye; there's also a prepared-food counter and a good-sized salad bar for all your beach-picnic needs.
