(This venue is closed.) Even eying it up close, I had a hard time telling that this beet-juice-stained salad (small; $3) was actually two parts potato, one part beet, one part apple. I especially enjoyed biting into crisp chunks of Granny Smith — more so, when I didn't see them coming.
